INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SERVICES AGREEMENT

Field Data Collection & Retail Analysis

This Independent Contractor Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date signed below, by and between:

1. PARTIES

COMPANY: Work Force, LLC, operating under its brand name ILSL Workforce.

  • Headquarters: 803 Shotgun Road #107, Sunrise, FL 33326

  • Affiliation: Work Force, LLC and its brand ILSL Workforce serve as the primary coordinating body for field operations on behalf of global digital asset clients.

CONTRACTOR: The individual identified and signing below (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”).


2. SERVICES & PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

2.1 Scope of Services: The Contractor is engaged as an independent Field Data Collector. The primary responsibility is the discreet verification of product availability, shelf-positioning, and point-of-sale (POS) activation performance for products including: Apple, iTunes, Amazon, eBay, Razer Gold, Green Dot, and MoneyPak.

2.2 Performance Metrics: The Contractor shall visit assigned retail locations (e.g., Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, and other local stores) and document the following for every "Task Circuit":

  • Visual Verification: Documenting product placement via the Work Force, LLC portal. All data collection must remain discreet to ensure store attendants remain unaware of the Contractor’s intentions.

  • Service Audit: Recording the manner of the attendant and total activation time.

  • Financial Data Collection: Documenting all fees and tax applications as listed on the final transaction receipt for home-office analysis.


3. SCHEDULE & REPORTING

3.1 Schedule: The Contractor maintains full control over their hours outside of assigned operational hours and the sequence of store visits, provided the task is submitted within the daily reporting window once a task is assigned.

3.2 Daily Check-in: The Contractor is required to report to the Team Chat on a daily basis between the hours of 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM ET. This reporting is mandatory to allow the supervisor to allocate tasks based on availability and regional necessity.


4. ASSIGNMENT & TRAVEL

4.1 Regional Circuit: Each task requires the Contractor to cover not more than a 150-mile circuit within their region.

4.2 Minimum Activity: To remain an "Active Vendor," the Contractor must complete a minimum of one (1) Task Circuit per week.


5. COMPENSATION & DISBURSEMENTS

5.1 Service Fee: The Company shall pay the Contractor a flat fee of $700.00 USD per successfully completed and verified Task Circuit.

5.2 Initial Sign-On & Mobilization: Upon successful onboarding and setup of the Work Force, LLC system, the Contractor will receive an initial disbursement of $600.00 USD, categorized as follows:

  • (a) Sign-On Bonus: A one-time payment of $500.00 USD awarded as an immediate incentive for joining the team and completing technical profile configuration.

  • (b) Initial Logistics Stipend: $100.00 USD allocated to cover fuel, tolls, and logistics within the 150-mile circuit.

5.3 Product Purchase Cost & Recurring Logistics: The Company shall disburse the required funds for Product Procurement via DDA or Check for each assigned field event.

  • Recurring Stipend: Every time Product Purchase Cost funds are disbursed, the Company will include a recurring $100.00 Logistics Stipend to cover gas and travel expenses for that specific 150-mile assignment.

5.4 Vendor Pay Cycle: All validated assignments are disbursed bi-weekly through direct deposit to the Contractor’s registered account.


6. OPTIONAL DATA ENTRY CLERK ASSIGNMENTS

6.1 Availability: In addition to field operations, the Contractor may request to be enrolled in the Company’s Data Entry program. This is an optional role and is subject to administrative approval and regional volume requirements. 6.2 Compensation:

  • Base Rate: The Company shall pay the Contractor a rate of $19.80 per hour for time spent entering data into the assigned corporate database.

  • Performance Bonus: A production incentive of $100.00 USD will be awarded for every 500 individual data entries successfully completed and verified for accuracy. 6.3 Training & Enrollment: Should the Contractor express interest in this space, the Company will provide full technical training and system access credentials. Training is mandatory prior to the commencement of paid data entry tasks. 6.4 Request Process: To initiate enrollment, the Contractor must notify the Administrator via the portal chat to request a training schedule.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY & SYSTEM INTEGRITY

The Contractor agrees to:

  • Maintain the anonymity of their field role; data collection must be conducted as a "Secret" event to avoid detection by store staff.

  • Protect the digital integrity of the Work Force, LLC system and reporting portals, including all data entry databases.

  • Use only authorized Work Force, LLC platforms for data entry and communication.

8. TERM & TERMINATION

8.1 At-Will Engagement: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. 8.2 Non-Compliance: Failure to meet the minimum of one task per week, the submission of falsified data, or consistent errors in Data Entry tasks will result in immediate termination of the Contractor’s access to the Work Force, LLC portal.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions or representations regarding the subject matter herein.
